Key features

  • A rearview camera with in-cab monitor provides added maneuverability and visibility. To make maintenance more convenient, the FT300 offers excellent accessibility and serviceability to key components. With the above-ground mulcher attachment, operators have the features and control needed for large land-clearing operations. A ringed rotor design provides effective single-pass clearing, and also controls the depth of cut to maximize engine performance.
  • Superior hydraulic flow rate with lower pressure for impressive power with minimal heat generation or stress on components. Ringed cutting rotor with 23 tips.
  • This forestry mower standard color, infrared backup camera and tall abrasion resistant polycarbonate windows provide excellent visibility for successfully working on a busy jobsite.
  • Two large, hinged doors swing open to expose the mower's sides, top and rear of the engine compartment without additional tools.
  • With the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler mounted behind the cab, cool, clean air is drawn from the middle of the tractor while hot air is blown out the rear. This keeps the cab cooler and allows easy access to service points in the engine compartment.
  • Vermeer's extensive experience in tracked machines is evident in the FT300 forestry mower. 30" (76.2 cm) wide single grouser steel tracks provide superior tractive effort for the most challenging forestry mowing conditions.
  • Operator comfort was top-of-mind with the design of the FT300. Standard air-ride seating, ergonomic controls and optimal viewing allows for less strain on the operator and more focus on production.
  • The FT300 has been superseded.
